amazing stay!

fantastic location cava welcome fine pool

the hotel boasts a fantastic location, super central for all attractions. i was welcomed with cava in my room, a lovely touch! the rooftop pool is fine, with great city views. i found the downstairs bar a perfect spot to unwind each night (the cocktails were good!).

the old-school heavy key system was a bit inconvenient for me because i kept forgetting to drop the key at reception each time i left the hotel.

I found plenty of nearby shopping centers and restaurants. I never lacked choices. the hotel provides breakfast. I had superb and fresh options. the library bar has a very nice lady who delivers high quality service.

the hotel's location is great for tourists because it is so central to everything. the gothic area and la rambla were within easy walking distance. many major shops were on the doorstep of this hotel.

The rooftop bar offered amazing views. The staff working there were helpful. The reception staff were also friendly.

The continental breakfast had a weak selection. There were no warm options. The room seemed not properly cleaned. I noticed dust and rubbish.

perfect location fine views street noise inconvenient plugs

i totally loved how close the hotel was to everything, i mean the location was unbeatable! our suite was so spacious and the views were fine, especially at night. it included a separate living room area! i found that so useful and luxurious. it was awesome.

honestly, i was a bit bummed about the noise, especially from the street, it was pretty loud, even with the windows closed! and also, there weren't enough plugs near the bed, i had to charge my phone across the room. it felt a bit inconvenient though the street noise was expected.

The location is excellent. Many restaurants are very close by. The staff was always helpful. They were eager to assist me with any needs I had.

There were no plugs next to the bed. There was only one plug across the room. The air conditioning was not controllable. The hotel overrides the system.

This hotel is in a perfect location, very close to main attractions. The reception team proved helpful, check-in took only two minutes. The bed was comfy. Breakfast had a great selection of options.

Really good Hotel Experience

ample space extensive amenities genuine smile swift resolution

The suite, named Tibidabo, offered ample space at 91 square meters. I found the provided amenities very extensive. The staff offered assistance with a genuine smile (a great touch!). They swiftly addressed concerns regarding a slight odor from the drains after showering. It resolved quickly with ventilation.

My only slight issue was that the smell of the drains came up through the draining holes when i showered, but a few minutes of ventilation resolved it.
